Award criteria: K1 - Tender Sum The tenderer shall deliver: - Completed chapter E The inspection calculated tender sum will be used as the tender sum (K1) in the calculation of the tender sum.

Award criteria K2 - Climate and environment The contracting authority will emphasise the tenderer's contract specific climate and environmental measures that contribute to environmental effect and reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. The contracting authority will assess the following sub-criteria:   K2.1 – Climate The tenderer shall:  Filling in and delivering the "climate gas budget for operations contract 9505 North Troms 2027-2032".  The climate gas budget shall contain values/sizes/activities that together are suitable for solving the processes:  Process 73.31 All assignments connected to sweeping, collecting and flushing.  Process 74.82 All assignments related to edge clips as described in process 74.821.  Process 95 All tasks related to snow clearing, as described in process 95 (variable part) Process 95 All assignments related to gritting of sand and salt as described in process 95 (variable part) Process 95 All assignments related to planing with heavy road grader Process 95 All assignments connected to snow milling. Deductions up to NOK 200,000,000 K2.2 - Environment   The tenderer's activities in order to ensure timely, accurate and "correct" salting and gritting.  The tenderer shall deliver:  - Description of activities to ensure timely, accurate and "correct" salting and gritting.  Deductions up to NOK 40,000,000

K3 - Resources  The contracting authority will emphasise that the tenderer ́s offered resources ensure robust and appropriate implementation of the contract, so that the contract specific challenges are dealt with and the contract ́s total risk is reduced. The contracting authority will assess the following sub-criteria:   K3.1 - A selection of the resources/personnel in the contract (key personnel). The tenderer ́s share of resources/personnel in the contract with relevant certificates of apprenticeship and the plan for increasing relevant certificates of apprenticeship for resources/personnel in the contract. The tenderer shall deliver:  - Completed annex "Ressursplan"  - Organisation chart -Share of resources/personnel in the contract with relevant certificates of apprenticeship and a plan for increasing relevant certificates of apprenticeship for resources/personnel in the contract. Deductions up to NOK 20,000,000

K4 - Winter operations  The contracting authority will emphasise how the tenderer shall ensure an operational system for winter operations that is robust and appropriate, so that the contract specific challenges are dealt with and the contract ́s total risk is reduced. The contracting authority will assess the following sub-criteria:  K4.1 - The tenderer ́s area set up in winter, capacity calculation per lot and logistics for currents.  The tenderer shall deliver:   - Map of sectioning   - Description of the area set-up  - Description of capacity calculations for snow clearing and gritting, including specification of units and equipment.  - Description of the type of current times, storage type, location and capacity.  Deductions up to NOK 40,000,000
