This is a restricted procedure for a framework agreement for the adaptation and production of 4x4 tactical pickup vehicles in two versions (simple and double cab) for the French Ministry of Defence. The maximum estimated quantity is 900 vehicles. The framework is composite with a firm part (adaptation and delivery of ~300 vehicles) and a call-off part (additional vehicles, support equipment, training). The contract duration is 48 months. Only candidates from EU/EEA are eligible. Strict technical and financial requirements exist. Submission deadline: 22/07/2026 10:00 (Paris time). Electronic submission via PLACE is mandatory.
