Marché de maintenance préventive et corrective des installations de production de froid, de chauffage, de traitement d'air, de ventilation, de climatisation, de récupération de chaleur et de production d'eau chaude sanitaire (ECS) de la patinoire municipale. Le présent marché a pour objet la maintenance préventive et corrective des installations techniques de la patinoire, comprenant les équipements de production de froid destinés à la fabrication de la glace, les systèmes de récupération de chaleur, les installations de chauffage, de traitement d'air, de ventilation, de climatisation, de production d'eau chaude sanitaire ainsi que l'ensemble des équipements de régulation, d'automatisme et de supervision nécessaires à leur fonctionnement. Il s’agit d’un marché d’exploitation P2, de type P.F, c'est-à-dire d’un marché d’exploitation sans fourniture de combustible, sans prise en charge par la Garantie Totale et sans intéressement aux économies d’énergie.
