This is a French interministerial framework agreement for waste collection, treatment, and recycling services with container provision, covering all 12 departments of Nouvelle-Aquitaine. It is an open procedure with 15 lots, including 3 reserved lots (13-15) for social actors. The estimated overall contract amount is €4,030,000, with a framework maximum of €10,075,000.
