Germany – General construction work for pipelines – WSP3_Bodenplatte

This is a negotiated procedure for the planning and construction of a concrete base plate (Bodenplatte) for a new heat storage tank (Wärmespeicher 3) at the Stadtwerke Flensburg power plant in Flensburg, Germany. The storage tank will have a capacity of at least 900 MWh, with a max temperature of 98°C, a return temperature of 65°C, and a max charge/discharge rate of 90 MW. The tank dimensions are approx. 42 m inner diameter and 21 m fill height. The tender is published under the German Utilities Regulation (SektVO) and the procedure is a Negotiated Procedure with Call for Competition (Verhandlungsverfahren). Only one lot is defined.
