Provision and operation of an open, scalable platform for integrating, processing and providing position and operational data. Includes connection of diverse devices via standardized interfaces, event generation (geofence, threshold violations), web-based frontend with map visualization, user management, and security functions. Must be technology-agnostic.

Delivery of tracking devices for indoor/outdoor positioning of mobile assets. Includes energy-efficient, robust devices suitable for airport apron environments, mounting materials, and optional additional infrastructure. Devices must integrate with Lot 1 platform.

Telemetry units to capture and transmit operational data from vehicles and special equipment. Connection to vehicle interfaces (e.g., CAN-Bus), capture operating hours, states, fill levels. Robust mobile design. Integration with Lot 1 platform required.
