The Ministry of Justice (UK) is establishing the Prison Education Dynamic Purchasing System (PEDPS) for education, information/guidance, and resettlement services in English prisons. This is a light-touch, restricted procedure DPS with unlimited suppliers, 17 service categories, and 5 geographical areas. Estimated spend of £210M over first 6 years (£35M/year). Call-off contracts max 1 year. Core curriculum (English, maths, ICT, ESOL) excluded. Initial application deadline: 17 Oct 2018; ongoing entry from 9 Nov 2018.
