Introduction: Under this criteria, the contracting authority has listed three work tasks (hereafter called assignment) with different solution problems. Tenderers ought to describe punctually and chronologically from A to oh how they think about solving these assignments. The tenderer ́s solution description should be built on good insight that both describes the challenges that can meet and the knowledge that is intended to be used to solve each assignment.
