Luxembourg – Structural shell work – Travaux de terrassement, forage géothermique et gros œuvre à exécuter dans l’intérêt des bâtiments administratifs pour l'ESM (European Stability Mechnism) et l'État à Luxembourg-Kirchberg

This is an open tender for earthmoving, geothermal drilling, and structural shell works for three administrative buildings in Luxembourg-Kirchberg, for the European Stability Mechanism (ESM) and the Luxembourg State. The project involves a total of approximately 54,000 m² gross floor area across three buildings (ESM, ADM, LUX) on a 1.6 ha site with a 7m elevation difference. The work is unit-priced, with a duration of 558 working days starting early 2027. Only structured notice and TED XML notice were analyzed; procurement documents were not examined.
