Clúid Housing Association is establishing a multi-party framework agreement for residential design and build projects nationwide in excess of €50M each. The framework is valued at €950M over 4 years (not guaranteed spend). Competitive dialogue with negotiation will be used. Prequalification stage (Stage 1) selects top 6 applicants for Stage 2; top 4 form the framework. Initial contract awarded to MEAT. Subsequent contracts via mini-tenders. Estimated value €950M EUR.
