1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest kompleksowa organizacja udziału w Targach „Smaki Regionów” w Poznaniu. 2. Zamawiający zakłada maksymalną liczbę osób uczestniczących w wyjeździe - 22 osoby. Liczba uczestników wyjazdu może ulec zmniejszeniu do minimum 19 osób. Zamawiający poinformuje Wykonawcę o dokładnej liczbie osób nie później niż na 10 dni przed wyjazdem. Wykonawca otrzyma wynagrodzenie za zgłoszoną liczbę osób. 3. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje m.in. usługę transportową, zakwaterowanie uczestników, zapewnienie wyżywienia, zapewnienie kart wystawcy dla wszystkich uczestników oraz ubezpieczenie uczestników, wynajem powierzchni wystawienniczej, wykonanie zabudowy stoiska wystawienniczego. 4. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia (SOPZ) zamówienia znajduje się z Załączniku nr 1 do SWZ. 5. Zamawiający informuje, iż nie przeprowadził wstępnych konsultacji rynkowych. 6. Rozliczenia między zamawiającym i wykonawcą prowadzone będą w złotych polskich. 7. Zamawiający nie żąda przedmiotowych środków dowodowych. 8. Zamawiający nie stawia warunków udziału w postępowaniu.
