Open tender by Deutsches Elektronen-Synchrotron DESY (Hamburg, Germany) for the supply and installation of an ultrapure water system and ring pipeline in Building 28, Hall 3. The system must produce water with >17.5 MOhm*cm and <30 ppb TOC for surface treatments in a cleanroom. Work includes dismantling the old system, installing new components (e.g., double softening, activated carbon filtration, reverse osmosis, UV disinfection, polishing, EDI), and connecting to existing equipment.
