Works must comply with heritage protection, fire safety, BNB sustainability criteria, and strict logistics due to inner-city location, restricted access, BVG tunnels, and confined courtyards. The contractor must provide qualified personnel, establish decontamination locks, and coordinate with site logistics and security.
