This is a negotiated procedure (with call for competition) for planning services (Lot 1) for slope stabilization and restoration of a hiking trail in Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler, Germany. The tender covers engineering structures, traffic facilities, and structural design. The project is part of post-flood reconstruction in a sensitive FFH habitat.
