This is a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) established by Istekki Oy for digital services, including technology, development, delivery, support, consulting, and ready solutions, as well as platform and license services. The DPS is divided into 10 lots (baskets), with lots 1-8 open for applications initially. The estimated total value is up to EUR 28,000,000 (excl. VAT) over the duration from August 2025 to December 2032. The DPS is open to all qualified candidates throughout its validity. No procurement documents beyond the notice were analyzed.
