Norway – Pharmaceutical products – Framework agreement - Medicine and Multi-dose - The procurement cooperation in Nordfjord, Sunnfjord and Sogn (INSS)

Norway – Kinn kommune, on behalf of the INSS cooperation (14 municipalities in Vestland), is tendering a framework agreement for the supply of medicines and multi-dose. The open procedure will select a single supplier for a 2-year agreement (with possible extension) valued at 44,000,000 NOK. Submission is electronic, in Norwegian only, by 12 August 2026. Award is based on price (70%) and quality (30%).
