Assignment comprehension

Tenderers shall provide a description of their understanding of the assignment and give an account of how the reviews will be carried out and reported. The contracting authority will undertake an overall assessment of the received responses. In the evaluation, emphasis will be put on the degree the tenderer demonstrates: understanding of the assignment ́s purpose and the contracting authority ́s needs an appropriate method and approach for carrying out the reviews. an appropriate method and approach for establishing contact and carrying out reviews of persons who can be challenging to get in a position competence and experience beyond the minimum requirements for work with persons with drugs and alcohol and mental disorders (ROP), comorbid conditions and persons with different linguistic and cultural backgrounds. competence and experience beyond the minimum requirements within threat and violence risk assessments. experience with the preparation of psychological assessments and reports for use in Nav ́s work with an assessment of functional ability, work ability and further follow-up. understanding of how the reports can contribute to the contracting authority ́s assessments and decision basis. Documentation Tenderers shall give an account of the above points in their solution description. The contracting authority reserves the right to emphasise documented competence and experience beyond the minimum requirements if relevant for the execution of the assignment.
