The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency (Forsvarsbygg) seeks a contractor for the hire of building card readers under a 24-month framework agreement. The card readers are used for projects under existing framework agreements. The estimated value is NOK 1,200,000, with a maximum value of NOK 1,630,000 excluding VAT. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Norwegian by 24 July 2026. The tender is open to all economic operators registered in a company/trade register.
