Finland – Surveillance system – Portable and modular unmanned aircraft detection and tracking system

Oulu University of Applied Sciences seeks a portable and modular unmanned aircraft detection and tracking system for research, development, and training. The system must use RF detection, provide real-time situational awareness, support autonomous operation, and be quick to deploy. The procurement is co-funded by ERDF and conditional on project extension approval (expected June 2026) and a radio license from Traficom. Contract duration is 36 months. Only one lot identified with estimated value EUR 220,000.
