Tenderers shall respond to all requirements with a separate reply field in Annex 1 "Requirement Specification". The contracting authority will emphasise the evaluation to a great degree that the tenderer fulfils the requirements. See the tender documentation point 5 for further information.
The distribution criteria are divided into two sub-criteria: 1. damage prevention measures and user interface customer portal. Tenderers shall respond to points 2.3 and 2.4 in Annex 1 "Requirement Specifications". Each sub-ectierium is weighted equally. See the tender documentation point 5 for further information.
