Framework agreement for bareboat charter of dredgers and associated vessels by GIE Dragages-Ports, a French port consortium, to cover long-term unavailability of its dredger fleet. The tender comprises 4 lots: trailing suction hopper dredgers (two size categories), a water injection dredger, and a mechanical levelling vessel. Total maximum framework value is €100 million across all lots, with individual lot maxima ranging from €10M to €40M. The framework is for an initial 2 years, renewable up to 8 years. Deadline for submission: 20 July 2026 at 12:00 CET. Submission must be electronic via the PLACE platform, in French only.
