Ireland – Houses construction work – 2026 Offaly County Council Housing Maintenance: Pre-let Repair Term Maintenance and Refurbishment Works on Council owned housing stock using the Multi Party Framework Agreement

Offaly County Council seeks to establish a multi-participant framework agreement for pre-let repair, term maintenance, and refurbishment works on council-owned housing stock in County Offaly, Ireland. The framework will cover approximately 35 houses over a 1-year term, with works ranging from standard servicing to major refurbishments. Up to 12 participants and 5 reserves will be selected based on lowest price and qualification via a Suitability Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ). Works will typically be awarded using framework rates (Option C) or occasionally via mini-competition (Option A). All items in Volume C Pricing Document must be priced. PSCS approval is a pass/fail requirement.
