Germany – Paper sanitary – Rahmenvereinbarung Hygienepapiere (nicht herstellerspezifisch), Teil I

This tender is an open procedure for a framework agreement for the supply of non-manufacturer-specific hygiene papers to the German Federal Institute for Materials Research and Testing (BAM) and other authorized entities. The framework has an estimated maximum value of €16,500,000 net, with a duration of 3 years and an option to extend by 1 year. The lot covers delivery to over 100 locations across Germany (DE300 region). Submission is electronic only, in German, by 22 June 2026.
