Lot 1 covers rental, operation, and maintenance of multifunction devices and operation of print fleet management software. It includes 4 modules: Module 1 (rental & installation, max 10,000 devices), Module 2 (operation & maintenance, max 45 million pages/year), Module 3 (supplementary services, max €500,000), and Module 4 (software management, with two options: acquisition or subscription, each with specific maximums). Variants are allowed only for Module 4 financing. A mandatory additional option (PSE) for software extension to cover Lot 2 equipment is required.

Lot 2 covers acquisition, operation, and maintenance of small printing equipment. It includes 3 modules: Module 1 (acquisition & installation, max 10,000 devices), Module 2 (operation & maintenance, max 30 million pages/year), Module 3 (supplementary services, max €500,000). An optional additional option (PSE) for software management of the small equipment fleet is available, with its own financial ceilings depending on the chosen financing model.
