Innovation partnership for the design, development, and acquisition of a low-cost, unmanned logistic resupply glider (PRL) for the French Ministry of Defense. The glider will be launched from an A400M aircraft, fly autonomously, and deliver payloads. The partnership is structured in three phases: Phase 1 (study and design, up to 3 partners), Phase 2 (prototype A without navigation, up to 2 partners), Phase 3 (prototype B with navigation and production, single partner). The estimated total ceiling is €9,000,000 HT, with phase-specific amounts. Submission deadline is 07/07/2026 12:00 Paris time. Only EU economic operators are eligible.
