Ireland – Architectural services for buildings – Annabella Divisional Office Mallow Roof Replacement General Upgrade Works and Condition Survey and Strategic Condition Report

Cork County Council intends to appoint a Single Service Provider (SSP) to provide multidisciplinary consultancy services for two projects located at Annabella Divisional Headquarters in Mallow. Project A will be focused on detailed design and construction of roof repair / replacement works and general repairs. Project B will be focused on a building condition survey followed by a strategic condition report.
