Norsk Tipping seeks a framework agreement for advisory services for large prize winners (over NOK 2 million). The service covers economic and legal guidance, with optional support in media, communication, security, and psychosocial areas. The framework is for 4 years with an estimated value of NOK 5,000,000 and a maximum value of NOK 7,000,000. Submission deadline is 2026-07-03 at 10:00 CET. Only Norwegian-language bids accepted. One framework winner will be selected based on quality (70%) and price (30%).
