Large-scale public works tender by Gemeente Rotterdam for the realization of Hofbogenpark, a roof park on the existing Hofbogen structure in Rotterdam. The project includes removal of old roofing, structural repairs, waterproofing, park construction (including water system, planting, paths, ponds, furniture), urban water buffer, replacement of balustrades and maintenance paths, staircase and elevator construction, and a park lodge. It also includes a three-year maintenance period with possible two-year extension. The procurement is an open procedure under Dutch law (ARW 2016) with a lowest price/lowest acceptable bid award method. Estimated value is €36,000,000. Submission deadline is 28 August 2026, 10:00 CET. Mandatory subcontractors are required for specific works. A social economic impact requirement of 8% of contract value applies.
