This is an open procedure framework agreement for weed-killing services on roads and public spaces in the Grenoble metropolitan area, divided into 8 geographical lots. The framework is for 1 year, renewable up to 3 times (max 4 years). Tenders must be submitted electronically by 09/07/2026 10:00 UTC (12:00 CEST). Award is based on quality (60% total: technical value 50% + environmental performance 10%) and price (40%). Maximum 2 lots per tenderer. The estimated total value is €2,375,000 (maximum over all renewals).
