Nottinghamshire County Council is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for supported accommodation services for young people aged 16 and over with high needs (emotional, behavioural, challenging behaviour) in the East Midlands region. The DPS will run for 10 years and is open to other commissioning authorities in the region.
