Renovation of town hall with cultural center: facade works, metal construction for council hall, windbreak and bypass. Includes three sub-projects: 1) Council hall facade with window band (34 m²), louvered windows (2 units), and corrugated sheet facade (130 m²); 2) External windbreak construction (approx. 4.0 x 3.7 x 3.0 m) with glass roof and telescopic sliding doors with break-out function; 3) Bypass post-and-beam construction (34 m²) with emergency exit and folding wing, plus ceiling cladding (220 m² F0, 570 m² F30, 630 m² F90). Building is under monument protection.
