Germany – Portable computers – Nachhaltige Notebooks (produktneutral) der Kategorie Hohe Leistung und Zusatzleistungen Los 3: ITZBund

This is a framework agreement (Lot 3 of 5) for sustainable high-performance notebooks and additional services for ITZBund, issued by the German federal procurement office (Beschaffungsamt des BMI). The maximum value is €53,500,000 net over an initial 12-month term with up to three optional one-year extensions. The procedure is open, with electronic submission allowed in German only. Award is based solely on price. Bidders can win only one of the five lots. Eligibility requires manufacturer partner status or equivalent, ISO 9001 quality management, two IT service references (each ≥€25k), two IT hardware supply references (each ≥€125k), average staff of 25 over last 3 years, minimum annual turnover of €1M in IT hardware and €50k in IT services.
