France – Luncheon vouchers – Fourniture et livraison de titres restaurant au profit des agents de la CAPSO et du CIAS

This notice concerns a framework agreement for the supply and delivery of luncheon vouchers (titres restaurant) for employees of the Communauté d'Agglomération du Pays de Saint-Omer (CAPSO) and the CIAS. The contract is a single-operator framework agreement with a total estimated value of €700,000 over 4 years (including possible renewals). Submission is electronic in French only, with a deadline of 6 July 2026. Award criteria are 60% technical quality and 40% price.
