This is an open procedure for a framework agreement for IT services in Python programming language, Lot 2 covering the remaining federal administration. The framework has a maximum value of €22,159,550 for up to 34,274 person-days over an initial 12 months, extendable up to 4 years. The award is based solely on price. Strict eligibility criteria include ISO 9001 certification, at least 3 Python references with minimum €100,000 net each, a minimum of 42 Python employees per year over the last 3 years, and a minimum annual turnover of €6,000,000 net in software development.
