Ireland – Accounting, auditing and fiscal services – Request for Tenders for the Establishment of Single Party Framework Agreements for the Provision of Section 68 Review Services in four (4) lots

The Higher Education Authority (HEA) is establishing a new Framework Agreement to support the delivery of services under the HEA’s Section 68 Review Framework. This notice relates to the establishment of a single-supplier, multi-lot Framework Agreement comprising four (4) lots (the “Framework Agreement”). Accordingly, the HEA (the “Contracting Authority”) invites tenders (“Tenders”) from economic operators (“Tenderers”) for participation in this competition for appointment as the sole supplier on one or more lots under the Framework Agreement.
