The lot covers two main activities: (1) reception services (telephone, physical reception, appointment scheduling and follow-up) for approximately 4,000 persons annually, 2,000 consultations, 500 calls/month, 800 visitors/month; (2) dosimetry management including profile management in three databases (SISERI, Mon Dosimètre, CARD), access management to restricted zones, ordering and management of passive dosimeters, management of operational dosimeters, configuration and provision to employees. Optional services include a 24-month extension (fractionable into 12-month tranches), a 1-month exit training phase, and a 1-month exit advisory phase.
