Romania – Software implementation services – Implementare Sistem Informatic Geografic Integrat pentru Modelarea Rețelei Electrice de Distribuție (GIS&Topology)

This is a negotiated procedure (with call for competition) for the implementation of an integrated GIS and Topology platform for the electricity distribution network of Retele Electrice Romania S.A. The contract covers software design, delivery, installation, customization, integration, training, data migration, licenses, and maintenance for a total duration of up to 8 years (6 years base + optional 2-year post-guarantee extension). The estimated total value is 45,079,155 RON. Submission is non-electronic (paper only) and the deadline is very tight (June 9, 2026).
