Pre-commercial procurement (PCP) for innovative and sustainable solutions to treat hospital wastewater. The R&D is divided into three phases: solution design, prototyping and lab testing, and final validation in real operational environment. A framework agreement will be awarded to at least 5 contractors for phase 1, with subsequent call-offs for phases 2 and 3. The estimated total value is €2,824,143.04. The procurement is cross-border involving buyers from Spain, Netherlands, Estonia, Belgium, and Poland.
