Finland – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – Kyberturvan ja tietosuojan asiantuntijapalveluiden puitejärjestely

This is an open procedure for a framework agreement for cybersecurity and data protection expert services for the Finnish Digital and Population Data Services Agency (DVV). The framework will have a maximum of two operators and covers a wide range of areas including data protection, information security management, risk management, AI security, quantum-resistant cryptography, and DevSecOps. The contract duration is 72 months (including options) with an estimated total value of EUR 3,600,000 and a framework maximum of EUR 3,000,000. Submission is electronic in Finnish only, deadline 26 June 2026. Award is based on price (50%) and quality (50%) assessed via expert competence and experience.
