Leistung und Preis werden die gleiche Gewichtung zugedacht und für jedes Angebot das „Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis“ gebildet, d.h. es wird der Quotient aus Leistung (Leistungspunkte) und Preis (Euro) errechnet.
