Germany – Road transport services – Instrumententransporte für das Deutsche Symphonie-Orchester Berlin (DSO)

Framework agreement for on-demand transport of instruments and equipment for orchestra productions and concerts of the German Symphony Orchestra Berlin within Berlin and occasionally in the Berlin surrounding area. The lot includes all transport services as described in the tender documents. Key requirements: air-suspended vehicles, loading ramps, at least three temperature-controlled box bodies, sufficient personnel, insurance, and proven experience in instrument or orchestra transport. Transport volume: 70-80 trips per year, usually with three trucks (occasionally four). Loading volume: 50-80 m³. Vehicles must be at least 7.5t with air suspension, loading ramp, and temperature control. The contract is for 2 years with option for two 1-year extensions. Variants are not allowed.
