France – Liquid nitrogen – Approvisionnement et mise à disposition d'azote liquide en vrac - 3 Lots

This is a framework agreement for the supply of bulk liquid nitrogen and the rental/maintenance of storage equipment for CNRS research units in the Alpes delegation (Grenoble area). The tender is divided into 3 lots, each serving specific research institutes. The procedure is a two-phase negotiated procedure with a call for competition. The framework is for 8 years (4 years initial + 4 annual tacit renewals) with maximum quantities per lot: Lot 1 (Institut Néel) 10M litres, Lot 2 (LNCMI, LPSC, LSM) 10M litres, Lot 3 (G2eLAB, CERMAV, LIPHY, IGE) 2M litres. Award criteria: technical quality (30%), cost (60% split between hidden basket 40% and revision formula 20%), sustainable development (10%). Submission is electronic, in French, by 23/06/2026 12:00.
