This is a Dynamic Acquisition System (SAD) for the supply or lease (with or without maintenance) of new vehicles powered by electric, hydrogen, or GNV, excluding heavy goods vehicles, for the Department of Vendée and SDIS 85. The SAD is open for applications until 19 July 2030, with the first deadline for candidatures on 19 July 2024 at 17:00 to be considered for the first specific contracts. The system is divided into 8 lots covering different vehicle categories. Estimated total value is €2,000,000. The procedure is restricted, but as a DPS, it allows continuous admission. Only French language submissions are accepted.
