GÉANT and WACREN require a clear understanding of how the Bidder intends to translate the scope and objectives of this ITT into a structured and realistic delivery approach. Given the complexity of transitioning BonafID from its current state into a production ready, regionally operated service, the delivery plan provides key insight into the Bidder’s understanding of the technical, organisational, and coordination challenges involved. Through this criterion, Bidders are expected to describe how development, deployment, onboarding, training, governance, and risk management are combined into a coherent delivery plan that supports timely implementation, effective coordination with WACREN, and sustainable service operation within the proposed 36 month timeframe. The information provided should enable GÉANT to understand why the proposed sequencing, governance structures, and delivery approach are appropriate for this assignment and how they support qualitative delivery of the required services. Bidders are expected to addresses the following elements: 1. Overall delivery approach 2. Technical approach covering development and production readiness 3. Deployment, onboarding, and training plan 4. Governance and coordination model with WACREN 5. Workplan and timeline (36months?) 6. Budget breakdown 7. Risk assessment and mitigation strategy Assessment of the Scoring Criterium SC1 In 4.1.3.1 it is indicated how scores will be awarded. You will receive a higher score when your proposal exceeds these requirements.
