Denmark – Construction work – Offentligt udbud af Rammeaftale for Bygningsvedligeholdelse - Bornholm

This is an open tender for a framework agreement for building maintenance on the Danish island of Bornholm, managed by the Danish Defence's Estate and Terrain Command (ETK). The agreement covers a wide range of traditional construction trades (carpentry, masonry, roofing, painting, flooring, earthworks, demolition, etc.) and includes minor new construction. Four contractors will be ranked based on the most economically advantageous tender, with contractor #1 receiving direct assignments for tasks under DKK 100,000 and emergency tasks; larger tasks are subject to mini-competitions. The framework duration is 4 years with an estimated value of DKK 77,000,000 and a maximum framework value of DKK 2,035,000,000. The tender is a re-procurement after a previous cancellation (notice 596240-2025).
