Dublin City Council (DCC) is establishing a single-party framework agreement for maintenance and support of its existing Sydney Coordinated Adaptive Traffic System (SCATS) installation. The framework covers remote troubleshooting, SCATS upgrades, on-site support, emergency response, software patching, and documentation updates.
