Statens Kartverk (Norwegian Mapping Authority) is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for hydrographic survey services along the Norwegian coast and sheltered waters. The DPS will run for a maximum of 72 months (until August 2026) and is open to all interested tenderers who meet qualification requirements. Only qualified tenderers with a valid Kartverket certification for hydrographic survey can participate in competitions under the DPS.
