This is an open call for tenders by Bodø Kommune on behalf of nine municipalities in Nordland, Norway, for consultancy services in roads, water and sewage (HVAC). The tender is divided into three lots covering three regions: Salten, Helgeland, and Lofoten/Vesterålen. A parallel framework agreement will be established for each lot with a maximum of 5 operators per lot. The total estimated value is NOK 112,780,000 over 4 years.
