This is an open procedure for a framework agreement for subsurface surveying services (detection and georeferencing of buried networks) by non-intrusive techniques. The buyer is the water authority of Montpellier Métropole. The framework is for up to 3 operators, with a maximum value of €2,400,000 (excluding tax) over a maximum duration of 6 years (4-year initial period + two 1-year tacit renewals). Submission deadline is 15 June 2026 at 10:00 (CEST). Only French language is accepted. Place of performance is the Hérault department (FRJ13), France.
