This tender is an open procedure framework agreement for the supply of fuel and optional ancillary services via credit cards for the Métropole de Lyon and its purchasing center members. The contract covers light vehicles, heavy trucks, and small equipment, with fueling primarily within Lyon's metropolitan area but also nationwide for social missions. The framework has an initial 2-year term, renewable once for an additional 2 years, with estimated total value of €10M (excluding tax) over 4 years.
